The company

El Caserío de Tafalla is a Navarrese company with more than 55 years of history behind it. Today, it produces more than 20 different kinds of candy.

It’s a company that remembers its past, and above all, it continues to dream. In fact, this is what has led us to keep working on producing our candy, which ranges from traditional varieties with pine nuts, cream chews, café au lait candies and toffers, to our special bio, tolerant and social versions.

My name is Ramón San Martín and I have been the general manager of El Caserío de Tafalla for 14 years. When I started working at this factory I felt – from the very beginning – that I was setting out on a wonderful challenge. I joined a thrilling family story with strong roots and spirit: making a delicious, quality product, and above all, one with soul. It was a company with more than half a century of history, with which I could continue to travel into a marvelous world.

And that is how it has been, and continues to be, along with the entire team that makes up Caramelos El Caserío de Tafalla. We have continued on the journey to new worlds, but without forgetting our origins. I firmly believe that it is crucial to maintain the family values that launched this company. That’s why we work – according to these values – on the creation of new flavors, new varieties and modern, innovative products.
